Re: Lower Lounge
The Doctor was quite talented at making people feel smarter and more talented than they actually were, though he didn't have to try quite as hard with this fallen angel, which was a nice change of pace for him. She was quite nimble on her feet and the breathless laugh of hers was far too enticing. He almost spun her a second time, just to hear the soft sound again.
"First, perhaps, but hopefully not the last for such a beautiful creature," the Doctor replied warmly, true in his sentiment. He was a firm believer that everyone should be able to find happiness, especially the beautiful ones. He smiled as she teased him, and leaned forward slightly as her hand slid to the back of his neck. He used the hand on the small of her back to pull her flush against him and dipped his head just a touch lower so that his lips were barely against her ear. "Thank you," he whispered in reply. He was enjoying the closeness of her body to his, and while he wasn't consciously desirous of a romantic interlude, it certainly didn't hurt to flirt.
