At any other time, she probably would have pushed him away. A stranger crowding her personal space would have frightened her, but she felt that it was only the natural order of things. "Does it?" She said placing her empty glass on a passing server tray. "Suit me? I always thought red was too much."
As she spoke, she raised a hand to feel the fabric he'd draped over her shoulder only to find it was soft. She smiled softly as a rosy shade spilled into her cheeks. She didn't know what had come over her, but she let out a laugh. The drink couldn't have gone to her head that fast, not just one. It was just the being here was so amusing. "I usually don't do things like this. Do you?" She placed a hand over her mouth, then slid her fingers away. "Parties, that is."
