He kept his own drink in one hand, but had begun to reach out to keep her from having another drink so quickly, glad when she set it to the side. He didn't want her to make herself ill. He allowed her into his space when she leaned, and returned her smile, though it wasn't quite as bright as hers.
"I'm on my own. I might know some people out there, but for the moment..." he gestured vaguely, as if taking in the setting around them. She seemed so young when she laughed like that, but he glanced at her lips when she touched them, before looking back up at her eyes, his glance mostly hidden still by the goggles.
