He smirked as she pulled the fabric from his grip, but didn't reach back for it again. "I've touched the untouchable," he said, bemused. "Give the man a prize."
"That determined to get a contest going?" he asked. He liked this girl. There was something about her he couldn't put his finger on, and he wondered what she was like outside of here - because drastically different as he himself would be when he left again tonight, he couldn't help but wonder how many other people felt the same way. He dismissed the thought, because with it came others, and a lack of surety he couldn't afford. The mask did much to wipe those concerns clean, and though he didn't know that was what was making him feel so at ease even in the less literal mask he'd created for himself, he was grateful for it.
