He barely glanced at the fingers that brushed over the front of his suit jacket as she promised to laugh next time. She seemed sure in her movements, though her words suggested that she hadn't had a set idea of what she had wanted out of the evening. That really didn't bother him though, because his only intention was to meet up with his friends, but not much else. Even know, thoughts of his friends were deep in the back of his mind.
She kissed him then, briefly, and gave him a coy smile. He grinned and pulled her back toward him, wrapping both arms firmly around her as he pressed his lips to hers. As they kissed, he pulled her flush against him, still careful of the tattered wings adorning her shoulders.
