*shakes fist at IJ notiffs* Someday. . .
"Ah yeah, it's not exactly a common model." she said with a weak grin. That sounded better than 'my mom made it' didn't it? Distracted though she was it was impossible for Marie to miss the slip up. Despite her own hope not to be poked and prodded at with questions it was impossible for her to hold back her own curiosity. "Felt?" What could she possibly mean by that? For a moment her mind wandered back to the strange twinge she'd dismissed earlier as a phantom pain (even if they had become less common since she'd gotten the prosthetics) but she dismissed it. That didn't make any sense, how could that possibly have been her?
. . .unless she was a Creation too. The thought sparked some hope in Marie. She would still prefer to keep quiet about her legs, but at least she wouldn't be the one to let the cat out of the bag because she had no possible way of controlling her arm without her ability. Tired of not being able to see in the waning light Marie pushed her glasses up onto the top of her head. Without the glasses it was easy to see the hope in Marie's eyes. If she was a Creation than this situation wasn't quite as bad as Marie had thought it was.
