* urinary retention
* orthostatic hypotension

* seizure
* trouble swallowing
* dental problems and discoloration of teeth
* missed periods
* problems with keeping body temperature regulated
* apathy, lack of emotion
* Endocrine side effects have included hyperprolactinemia, hyperglycemia, and diabetes mellitus
