The Doctor Finds A Wall Who: The Doctor and OPEN What: Looking for a spot to make a very important phone call Where: The lobby of the Brooklyn apartments When: Monday 11/1 around 2PM
The Time Lord had to admit - the little conversations he'd had were fun. More than that, they were flattering. It wasn't in the Doctor's normal routine to sit around and enable his fan club; but, there were items to be considered. First and foremost, there was that repeated word: multiverse - it scratched at the back of the Time Lord's head and refused to let him ignore it.
The Doctor, it could be said, had some experience with the multiverse. He knew a little something about parallel worlds with parallel people, leading similar or altogether different lives. He'd just dropped Rose off in one just a few days ago. He'd just left her there with his meta-crisis. And while part of him felt for his former appendage, the Doctor of all people knew what he wanted. He wanted her
So, with renewed optimism and what could only be regarded as plucked garbage, the Doctor had sprinted toward the apartments where he'd heard there was a portal and he fancied there were more than likely a few walls he could put to good use.
Setting up in the far corner of the building's lobby, the Time Lord got to work. Most people didn't pay him much mind - he in his brown coat, squatted in the corner, facing the wall and assembling wires and cobbling together something. Once in a while there was a ding, or an odd burning smell. Or a strange flicker.
Don't mind, everyone, nothing to see here, just a Time Lord on a mission for himself.
