"Why are more than one person named Snake?" Marco found himself wondering, though it was a little too loud to be considered talking to himself, even if he'd intended to keep his thoughts to himself.
Pam ignored him, instead considering the direction that the conversation had turned. "Well, building a platform sounds kind of complicated, though very cool and useful, but that's, like, a lot of wood that we'd need to get, and then somehow build into platforms, which I don't know how to do properly. I'm not saying that no one here does, but like, that's a very big task. And everyone would need to cooperate, which is a tall order sometimes." She paused a moment, making sure to at least try to remain pleasant as she commented on people's ideas. "The cardboard idea is interesting, but we'd need to test that too, right? And also, where are we even going to get a bunch of cardboard boxes big enough for some of us? It's, like, an interesting idea, but both platforms and cardboard boxes are good for different type of events, and if we're going to try to make them work we should talk about real ways of doing that, because talking in hypotheticals, it might be fun to have a cannon to shoot them all with, but saying a thing would be a good idea is just going to make it an idea until we have an actual, doable plan. Right? So are we now going to try to get refrigerator boxes and some oak, or how do we do this in a way that we can actually do this?"
