Dylan was of the mind that it was easier to go with the musical flow than to fight it but there were only so many times she could sing along and remix it in her head before she needed a break. It was way too damn cold to go outside, so when she and Felix got into it on the journals, she jumped at the chance for a distraction and maybe an escape from the voices singing in childlike glee. She was a little sad she hadn't thought to look for a bathing suit last time she'd been down at Cassi's, but it hadn't exactly been at the top of her mind in their current winter wonderland. It wasn't a big deal, though - it wouldn't be the first time she'd been swimming in her underwear and she doubted it'd be the last. Her preparation mainly consisted of making sure there weren't any awkward holes in her underwear and that she wasn't wearing anything she didn't mind potentially being destroyed by chlorine. Over it, she pulled on skinny jeans and a loose white tank with neon print.
Trusting that Felix would choose appropriately delicious snacks, Dylan headed straight for the elevator the basement that she hadn't really gone down to check out yet. It was a long enough elevator ride that she was starting to regret it before the elevator stopped and opened out into the main room, which was impressive. She gave the place a cursory inspection, but didn't go too far past the bar - after all, she'd said she would have drinks ready. He'd mentioned a whiskey sour, so that's what she whipped up - the bar was small but decently stocked, and when the elevator finally dinged after its journey up and back down, she had his drink made and was just finishing her own (a gold rush for herself, since she'd had all the ingredients out anyway).
"Heyyy, it's the snack man!" she greeted cheerfully, raising her glass. "Pretty nice setup down here - I should've come exploring sooner."
