"Yeah, Edwin," Oliver added smugly, moving to grab a bowl to start cracking eggs when he saw Kiley getting out of the booth in his peripheral vision. He opened his mouth to call to her, only to see that Tobias had followed her gaze as well and was moving to get out of the way.
It didn't take much mental math to figure out what was happening, and he smiled for a second before remembering that Chase was supposed to be hurt. He sighed, abandoning the eggs for a moment to slip out of the kitchen and peer out the window, figuring he'd give the lovebirds a few minutes before going out to help, unsure of how long Kiley's burst of energy would last for and not wanting to chance anything. At least now it was easy to figure out why she'd wanted so many eggs.
