Kiley gave it a brief moment of thought. "Five?" she said, not really sure how hungry Chase would be, or even how much her stomach would be able to handle. She needed food, yeah, but Kiley also didn't want to stuff herself and end up puking on the walk back to the house. She sat up a little to take a sip of her drink and looked over at the rooster. What had been the point of that? Something to torture she and Pam with? Didn't They know that she and Pam could torture each other just fine without any help?
Tobias was watching the rooster for another reason, just to make sure it didn't come anywhere near him. Beaks and talons! Okay probably not talons, but still sharp claws or whatever. They freaked him out and he didn't want a crazed, starving rooster attacking him and trying to peck his eyes out. "I can't figure out the rooster," Tobias said finally, glancing at Pam. "Dit they expect you two to eat him or something?"
