Tobias blinked at Pam when she pointed at him and he felt his face flush. He didn't think Chase was weird for keeping this stuff. Maybe it was creepy to stash it in a mausoleum, but was anyone really going to look here? No way, so really, Chase was smart. He cleared his throat and helped Kiley get one of the extra coats on, figuring Chase would come back down here when his foot was feeling better to re-organize. Or maybe Tobias and Lennon could come down soon and do it for him.
"Chase isn't weird," Kiley said, her tone more snappish than she meant it to be. He had his quirks, but he wasn't weird. He was certainly more prepared for some disaster than anyone else in that house. "If it weren't for him, we'd probably still be down in that hole, so shut up about it."
