Pam wasn't much better on her feet than Kiley was, and once she had slipped loose of Oliver she did her own stumbling, and didn't quite manage to keep her balance as she leaned over to get some warmer clothes. She at least caught herself on her hands, and everything spun again as she pushed herself back up. She stuck the jerky in her mouth, pushing it between her teeth and her cheek so she was more sucking on it than she was actually eating it, then pulled on the jacket that she had grabbed and reached for Oliver again. Sure, she was cranky, but he was warm, and she had been craving physical affection.
"The only one who's going to be in here for a while is Mr. Pecky, so just leave it," she told Kiley. "Obviously no one comes down here. Except you!" She pointed at Tobias. "That's weird. I'm totally grateful but-- Oh, you said Chase sent you down here, right? So, like, Chase is kind of weird. All of this is weird. There could have been ghosts here this whole time."
Edwin gently held Oliver's elbow to subtly get his attention, then spoke quietly. "Hey, Cecilia messaged back, mentioning the snowcat? Do we want someone to bring that down and pick them up?" he wondered softly. "I told her we'd get back to her if we needed it."
