Pam didn't put up any resistance to being held, aside from giving herself a second to unwrap Mr. Pecky and let him loose in the mausoleum, which she supposed would work as a hen house for at least the moment. It was hard to care right then what the rooster wanted to do when all she wanted to do was snuggle up closer to Oliver and eat a ton of food and take a scalding hot shower and maybe cry for three more days. She and Kiley had made it! They survived! Rescue had come, and they'd be okay! She sniffled again, rubbing her eyes with the hand Oliver wasn't checking her pulse on. "We're really okay, we just need some more food, sweetie," she told Oliver through sniffles, avoiding the subject of counting down by nines. She was still headachey and dizzy from not having eaten, and doing math was just going to add to her irritability. Which she knew wouldn't fly for long, but for now she just wanted more food. "Give me literally any food right now, and I will eat it, oh my god."
Edwin made sure that the hatch was closed and locked again, not wanting anyone to fall into it accidentally if they were in this place for whatever reason. He was pulling his coat back on when Oliver made his request, and he fumbled around his pockets for his phone. "I'll just put it up on the network so Chase and Cecilia know, too," he muttered, stopping his searching for a moment so he could grab at the nearest bag on the ground. He fished out two pieces of jerky and handed them over to the girls before he found his phone.
