"No," was Edwin's immediate answer, because he really just wanted to say that this was something fun to do, to fix the sign so it didn't offend anyone. But this had been about Simms, and so after a beat, Edwin sighed and changed his answer. "I don't know. Maybe. It's not like he can see it, or even has anything to do with the sign, but I still just want to. I wasn't really thinking about closure." He wasn't sure that his answer even made sense, but he wasn't convinced that his thought process did, either.
Since they were talking about this now, though, Edwin sucked on his cheek for a second, still thinking about the closure thing for a minute more and trying to figure out if that was what this was, before looking to Oliver again. "Do you want to go back because hiding in my room seems safer?"
