I don't like seeing people sick or in pain, but can we really wipe out cancer and other diseases? Should we?
If we are forced to be registered, to tell them what we can do, will they make us do it? I've been gifted with certain abilities. They aren't mine, and I don't like the thought of being forced to use them. And will they believe me when I say I can't get rid someone's cancer?

[Phobetor found himself on the edge of everything, watching the crowd of people grow. He was thinking he could either go home and wait this whole thing out or join in on the fun. Sure, joining in was sure to add fuel to the fire, but he didn't particularly like being pushed into a corner. Finding a more secluded place, he stripped down to nothing, then shifted into the shape of a decent sized grizzly bear. He was probably going overboard; a simple brown or black bear would do, but he always felt bigger was better.
At first, he sauntered up to the crowd. But as soon as people noticed him, he took off in a jog. If he could smile, he would have. Watching people run this way and that because of him was better than winning the lottery. And the way they jumped when he growled? Priceless! The only thing better would have been taking a walk through their dreams.
Not being able to stay in any animal form for long, Phobetor soon found himself back near his clothes. After one last chase, since he didn't want to have people around when he was most vulnerable, he shifted back into his normal human body and got dressed. For a good two hours afterward, nothing could wipe the smile of his face.]
