I'm thinking of setting up a little garden somewhere. I haven't decided what I'd like to plant, exactly, but I'm open for suggestions, I guess. The grocery store I work at actually sells a fair amount of different vegetable and herb seeds, and while I like flowers, I don't really find them very useful.
TL;DR: Suggestions for an herb garden. Go.

For years, I've been a huge believer in the power of music. I have so many thoughts about how important it can be to people, and so I love when I see articles like this one that illustrate that point so keenly. I got misty watching that video.
I was checking out the latest musical festival lineups, making plans for what shows I want to hit up, and I'm seriously excited. There's so many awesome shows coming up, but I've narrowed the ones I'll trek to down to the following few:
Sasquatch - George, WA, from May 25th-29th
Summerfest - Milwaukee, WI, from June 27nd-July 8th
Firefly - Dover, DE, from July 20th-22nd
Lollapalooza - Chicago, IL, from August 3rd-5th
Voodoo - New Orleans, LA, from October 26th-28th
Anyone want to plan some trips? Going alone sucks.

My professor has asked me to help find orchestra members for Les Miserables as she'd like a mixture of professionals and students to be a part of it. Hello, hello. I came across a most awesome looking deck of tarot cards online, and decided that I had to have them. Okay, confession time, I've always been into Tarot, and used to do a little paid Tarot reading on the side. It's been a while since I've done it, but I'd like to practice. So whomever wants a reading just tell me.
