I'd like to turn to a type of song that people like myself find ourselves subjected to with increasing frequency as time goes on, and that is the college alma mater. You'll find yourself at a reunion of grads, and old undergrads, and eh... somebody will start croaking out one of these things and everyone will gradually join in -- each in his own key, of course -- until the place is just soggy with nostalgia. Well, a typical such song might be called Bright College Days, and might go like this. Bright college days, O carefree days that fly, To thee we sing with our glasses raised on high. Let's drink a toast as each of us recalls Ivy-covered professors in ivy-covered halls. Turn on the spigot, pour the beer and swig it, and gaudeamus igit-ur. It figures that my brother's care package would be as obnoxious as he is. I now find myself the unlucky recipient of various condoms (flavored, glow-in-the-dark, rilakkuma), gravure idol mags and bacon lube. Seriously, bacon. lube. I just don't even. Considering packing it all back up and returning to sender, but I know Jin would just send it right back and this would go on and on until one of us dies. What the hell am I supposed to do with this shit?

Going to have to do an art supply run this week, so goodbye most of my paycheck! It might be a good idea to buy larger sketchbooks than I normally use, but I have enough shit to cart around most of the time. And I kind of like having to use two pages for a picture. I don't know, extension is fun. Speaking of sketches, I've got a lot done over the past week and not one has a drop of blood on it! Progress. ( Cut in case inked and painted nudes offend )

I know what I need. I need a new clique. I need a really fantastic group of "friends" to take places with and count on to make a fabulous appearance everywhere we go. Some people who reflect well on me simply by association, for their reputations for being the most beautiful, fashionable, sexy, clever... whatever. I guess in return I can reflect on them a little, too. Hmm. I should be on the lookout for the right types.

I want to say thank you to those who helped me with my question last time. All of your responses helped.

I have decided I'm not going to shout out who I am just now, but I will say it's highly likely I am one of the many many many many many Greek nymphs. Guess if you must. I won't tell you if you're right or wrong.

With most of my homework finished, I'm going to be spending pretty much all of my break outside. I thought about taking the time to see my dad, but decided I'll wait for summer to visit. I'll call him instead.

To those who are staying, if you would like to do something with me (Emma from the dorms, A Wing, 2nd floor, roommate of Urania) let me know. I am open to anything and everything. Almost.

Well, spring break starts tomorrow. I still haven't decided if I'm going home or not but mum sent me this round trip ticket to England so I could visit. I love my mum but who wants to spend spring break in London?
