I'd like to turn to a type of song that people like myself find ourselves subjected to with increasing frequency as time goes on, and that is the college alma mater. You'll find yourself at a reunion of grads, and old undergrads, and eh... somebody will start croaking out one of these things and everyone will gradually join in -- each in his own key, of course -- until the place is just soggy with nostalgia. Well, a typical such song might be called Bright College Days, and might go like this. Bright college days, O carefree days that fly, To thee we sing with our glasses raised on high. Let's drink a toast as each of us recalls Ivy-covered professors in ivy-covered halls. Turn on the spigot, pour the beer and swig it, and gaudeamus igit-ur. HELLO EVERYONE. ☆ﾐ(o*･ω･)ﾉ I am here to announce one of the BIGGEST events that Animanga Club has!


~*~ THE MAID CAFE ~*~


It will be happening on March 14 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM this year, so I hope everyone will come!! We are already taking measurements for our maids this year. The costumes are very cute! If you would like to be a maid or help bake sweets, we will appreciate all the help we can get. It is a really exciting event. We will also be showing movies to keep our customers amused, and these will be: Summer Wars, Ponyo, and Millenium Actress.

All proceeds will go to benefiting Sanyukai, so it is for a charitable cause.

We are also still accepting new members, so please do not be afraid to come to our next meeting. ｡◕‿◕｡ We are a really warm and welcoming group of people, and we accept everyone. You do not even have to be Japanese but it is kind o.
