I'm so nervous about classes. I don't really do well in groups... Especially huge groups like classrooms. At least there aren't any lockers here. No one can shove me in and lock me inside like they did in high school.
Sometimes I feel like my apartment is going to swallow me whole. It's so dark. There aren't enough lights. I can't open the windows. And I think there's a mouse in the wall. He mocks me. Do you think classes are going to be bad? I don't even know who 'you' are but... Do you? Oh gods my headache is worse. I'm going to cry if it doesn't stop throbbing and yelling at me.

Alright, so first day of classes. I'm all excited, wearing a super-cute outfit with my hair all pretty, looking forward to my first class... only to meet with disaster.
Yeah, I don't think I'm going to like History of Western Art II. I already got into a little tiff with the professor over my 'peculiar habit' of having a lollipop. Apparently, that could be considered a distraction, and he said the same thing about chewing gum and sucking on hard candies. I had to settle for nomming my pen cap, and that's kinda gross.
At least I know Professor Adler's class will be cool, at least it better be. I might have to flip a table if I'm denied my right to indulge my compulsions. Maybe I should see if I can't get a waiver, like a medical thing. Hrm.

Feeling mad accomplished, first day of classes down and I'm free like a bird until 4pm. They're having a shake sampling gathering at the diner, anyone want to come with me? I'm looking forward to trying 'The Jackal', as inspired by my fellow RA Aidan Graveley. It's a frozen espresso, and it looks insane. My drink, 'The Alto', is also good if you like peanut butter and chocolate. Aidan, Bastien, do one (or both of you) want to join me?
Oh, and not to toot my own horn here since I do work there, but if you're looking for a good evening or weekend date spot then the Ambrosia Diner is made of awesome-sauce and win. With sparkles.
So yeah, New Year's Eve came and went, mine was... interesting. Resolutions, who has some? I don't see any reason to make new year's resolutions, but I suppose this year I can resolve to be more awesome. Oh, and I'll hate 20% less player and 20% more game. I also want another tattoo, but I blame the kid who mentioned that yesterday.
