I would just like everyone that my roommate Fergus, to my disappointment, does not sound like Sean Connery as his name suggested. Can you feel my devastation through the screen? If not, you should.
The woman who popped me out named me Gavin, but back in the day, people thought I used to look like this. I didn't look a thing like that. My horns were way pointier.

★ It's that time again!
Welcome students, faculty, and staff! 
It's the start of another semester and I hope everyone is getting settled in. I'm Daniel and I am a nurse practitioner at the Wellness Center at Montenegro. Every week on Monday I will be posting these bulletins with announcements, wellness tips, and dates of walk in clinic hours for vaccinations and flu shots.
I hope this is a good term for everyone but I would like to give one reminder to everyone before classes start: no matter how busy you may get, it's important to take the time to eat well, exercise and take care of yourselves.
Never hesitate to come in if you need anything though and I will be available anytime day or night if needed.

So... I was thinking of starting an intramural soccer team. I heard some people talking about it in the grad student lounge, and it sounded pretty interesting to me. Besides, I feel like I could totally get a team together to beat their team unless they're the gods of sports or something. Nike? Yikes. Is Nike allowed to participate in intramurals? I feel like that's not fair...
I haven't played competitively since middle school, but I'll definitely get right back into the game! Is anyone interested? I think it'd be a lot of fun to kick the other team's ass to meet new people. And... yeah!
I definitely sound like a dork.

Since everyone seems to be doing introductions here, I thought I would do the same. My name is Miyoko, or if we're going by true names, Amaterasu. I just moved here this week from Osaka and am still getting used to the really cold weather. It really doesn't snow like this back home so I didn't bring all the warm clothes I should have.
I have met a few already but I look forward to meeting everyone else this term.
