Hi, it's Stormie, bringing with me my second character! :D Meet Elijah Harrington, a.k.a. Thor 2.0. He's not, shall we say, the brightest bulb around, but he's always down for a good fight (all in good spirit, of course). Elijah's from North Dakota, somewhere amidst all of those endless wheat and cornfields. ;)

Eli's majoring in Phys. Ed. Teaching/Coaching, because I refuse to believe that Thor, of all people, is set to become a rocket engineer. Anywho. He can't help being a little bit of a meathead, but he's more or less a good-natured meathead, which isn't so bad, right? The sky has a tendency to get a case of the pre-storm ~ rumbles ~ when he's really angry, he's a particularly heavy hitter, and he rarely, if ever, leaves home without his mini Mjölnir!necklace.

Also, if you need any chores or heavy lifting done and don't want someone that'll complain about doing it, he's your best bet. He'll do it for free, though he wouldn't mind if you offered him food and/or a beer as a way to say thank you. Eli's a simple guy with simple tastes--just don't mess with those close to him or try and confuse him with difficult riddles.

Hello everyone! For those of you who don't know me from before: I'm Derp, and I brought back Zeke! He's 23 24 (dear lord i missed his birthday), in his second year of medical school, rooming with behemoths in an apartment off campus that is regularly invaded by purrkitty, and works at the local bookstore. He's the reincarnation of Leviathan but does not know this himself. Overall, he's a chill dude who likes to party and spends his free time bothering people. While he's generally friendly, he does have a tendency of getting people riled up just for his amusement. I won't go on, but the rest of his bio is here!

I've missed you all so dearly. I know there's a bunch of new writers and characters, so I'd love to plot with you all! Throw your characters at me and we can brainstorm something, anything. Yay! I'm a Heather! Hello everyone! I'm Jae and I have a lot of feelings right now (mainly being excited to be here and soooo crazy nervous because I'm shy as hell and not used to games that aren't pure crack or have an application process - so, um, sort of a n00b). I think my cat is excited, too, because he keeps trying to usurp the laptop. Anyway, allow me to introduce Izanagi aka Nakamura Tetsu.



He used to be the Shinto creation god (representing life!) who made tons of islands and babies with his sister/wife, Izanami until she died and turned all corpsey and stuff. He's also responsible for fathering Amaterasu, Susanoo and Tsukiyomi and then pretty much retiring.

Tetsu is generally quiet by nature, but will open up when people get to know him - whiiich will probably take a lot of effort on that person's end because he tends to get wrapped up in himself and his art a lot. Obviously, he's a fine arts undergrad with a focus on painting and barely leaves the studio unless he has to or is dragged out by his classmates/friends.

He's also sortofmaybekindof a snob - he tends to judge people on their appearance. He doesn't care if you got beat with the ugly stick maybe he does a little, but shut up but at least take some pride in your appearance. He's also impatient and has some anger issues - but at least in this life, he hasn't killed any fire!babies. More coherent stuff about him here.

As for me, you can probably tell I have a weird sense of humor. I apologize in advance for it. I'm currently residing in Austin, TX - which isn't too bad if you're stuck living in Texas (no offense to other Texans but I was born and raised in NJ and I miss it dearly) with my cats, russian tortoise and roomies. I play video games a lot (anyone exctited for ME3?) and do lots of nerd things. I work 8 - 5 M-F at a sort of jewelry warehouse - so around holidays I get super busy and might work longer shifts and weekends, but I'll try to give you a heads-up.

I don't have AIM right now because my friends mostly use gtalk, but I'll get it if necessary. I'm sure you're sick of my babble, so .... plots? Comments? Did anyone get the Heather-reference? If so, let's be bff!

Why, hello there. Tis I, Nye! (HA! I rhymed! Nye needs sleep.) Coming with me is this guy, Benedick Cooper, AKA Ben, AKA Eros, the god of love. He's a Psychology student. He loves mischief, especially if he's the one behind it. And how does he get behind it? By shooting his arrows, of course. This time around, he draws his arrows with gold or brown pens/markers. (The names of the people he's playing with are written on the arrow.) Gold means love; brown means indifference. His arrows can last up to 48 hours. He takes $10 per arrow, if anyone wants to hire him. Discounts and deals are negotiable. His favorite music is sung by Sinatra, Fitzgerald, and sometimes Buble. He dresses in button down shirts, ties, slacks. He's in love with love and is searching for THE ONE.

He is also a openly gay man, and he's a part of the LGBT Club. JOIN!!! There are a couple of upcoming events to look forward to!

See her? She's Ai Koizumi. The sister of Rin Koizumi and the former wife of Akinobu Inoue. She's also Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto, but you can call her Uzume. She recently took a job as a Nurse Practitioner at the Wellness Center (like at the beginning of February recently), so she's pretty new to the campus and Colorado (she was living in Boston and before that Japan). Her powers include being able to persuade people to do what she wants, making everyone in a 10ft radius of her happy in some form or another, and making a party get a bit crazy. (She can also get a bit crazy herself....just wait 'til you see her on karaoke night.)

Hello cats and kittens! I'm Emma (classical/allegro) and I am stupidly excited to be here. My neighbor also seems to be using a power saw at 1145 at night, but more about me late because right now, I want to introduce you to Jonathan McNamara AKA Heimdallr from Norse mythology. Now for some bullet points:


● You might recognize him as the guardian of Asgard as played by the BAMF Idris Elba in Thor. Jonathan wishes he were that awesome.
● A sophomore trumpet performance major and mostly shows up for work at the campus bookstore.

As for me, I hail from near the middle of no where Pennsylvania and live in a 112 year old house with my three cats, which means I get freaked out by noises quite a lot. By day I am a registered nurse working in an operating room where I have this pretty sweet deal of only working Friday through Sunday. Hi, I'm Lee and being generally late to the party and being really awkward are my super powers. Pow, biff, y'know, all that good stuff. Also, symmetry, which explains these two.

This here is Noah, the reincarnation of the Greek Hypnos, a Creative Writing / Film Writing graduate student and English TA, so try to make it interesting if you're going to bullshit a paper for your class. He is behind the times on most things that are not movie related, kind of a zombie due to his hypersomnia, and is a good guy to go to if you need a hand. Don't bother asking him his age; he will probably make something up. He also doesn't really like people knowing he's Hypnos. More on him here.

Harriett is over at devoreur; she is a Bio undergrad and the reincarnation of the Egyptian demon(ess) Ammut. She doesn't have many nice things to say and will probably ignore you unless she thinks whatever you're doing is particularly stupid. Her (not so)super power is being hypercritical and catty, but at least she knows how to apologize. Hurrah! If your kids are active and into volleyball / soccer / jogging it's a good way to catch her unaware. More on her here.

Hello! My name is Nye. I'm slightly nervous to be dragging Syrinx in with me, the nymph who changed into hollow water reeds to get away from Pan only to have him love the sound so much he cut her up and carried her with him for eternity. Yeah.. Um...

Anywho... Syrinx is now Emma, an 18 year old undergrad studying music (voice) who dances, hunts, and can change into reed plants.

"What? She can change into a plant?"

Yes, typed out disembodied voice, she can. (Think of her PB in X-Men: First Class. You know, Mystique...) And she can do it at any time, but only near fresh water. (And there has to be soil under her, so there's no changing in the shower.) She's got it under control for the most part, but there are times when she's too stressed to stop herself.

"Wow."

I know. It's probably because of this that she likes being outside and will get restless if she spends too much time indoors.

She's very proud of her virginity. So much so that she'll stay that way until she dies. In her eyes, if you're a sexual being, you're a weak being. Needless to say, she does not care for the emotion called love. In fact, she runs away from it. Also, don't touch her. She doesn't like to be touched.

Emma/Syrinx hasn't been around people like her, and has not shared her secret with anyone other than her mother (who refused to even look at her after she watched her daughter change into reeds in front of her). But all that doesn't mean she's cold-hearted. She's actually pretty friendly. She'll play almost any kind of game and likes to have friends around her to talk to.

Hi! My name's Stormie and I've brought to the table Odysseus of mothafreakin' Ithaca. Or Jack, as he's called in this lifetime (John, really, but that's so formal, he's not too fond of it). Now, Odysseus. Well. He's supposed to be oh-so-clever.

But I'm not sure eating weird food in a stranger's cave and kicking back like you own the place is necessarily clever. (I could go on, but I won't. I'm sure we're all well aware of Odysseus' less than smart decisions...) Basically, Jack tries very hard to make up for Odysseus', uh, shortcomings, with an overabundance of practicality. Sort of. He likes fixed solutions for problems, and won't hesitate to go with the flow if it means later on down the road he'll be able to seize an opportunity. Hey--where there's a will, there's a way! No one can say Jack's not the determined, stubborn sort. He's also kind of a science fiction geek on the downlow. And those ships in bottle deals? Yeah, that's totally his thing.

Jack's a forensic psychology undergrad, because the inner workings of the mind are far too fascinating to be left alone... he also may or may not be subconsciously hunting for his Penny. >.>

Why hello there. It's Heather with a third character. This here is Simon Bellamy, age 18, aka Azrael 'the angel of death' (depending on who you ask). Simon has had a rough life. His mother was a prostitute who tried to go straight and failed. He bounced through foster care because of his own problems, eventually ran away and wound up a homeless drug addict until a head injury made him go blind. This woke up his reincarnation and pretty much changed his life.

He's mostly a neutral and serene person but he has anger management issues, a touch of homophobia, and prejudice against those with loose, open sexualities. Unlike many of the other angels, he's not really a fan of organized religion due to his upbringing and kind of avoids churches.

Currently he's an undergrad of 'library sciences' and is an assistant librarian. Do you see the theme? He really likes books. Here's his app for more details.

Oh. Well.

This pretty young thing is Ganymede. You can call him anything you want to, though. He's pretty cool with...everything anyone does ever. Including kidnapping him in a past life and making him a godly, immortal plaything. *cough* He also turned 18 three whole days ago. Three whole days of adulthood, and he's pretty much ready to call that whole 'adult' thing quits. He's pretty terrified of the whole thing, really, as he's spent most of his life being relatively sheltered, and then...well, wham, he's in Colorado with his parents still off in Dortmund, Germany.

He's not entirely aware of being 'Ganymede' so to speak, but what he does remember is Zeus scaring the hell out of him at one point, and he's not exactly too fond of that memory. It gives him nightmares every once in a while.

Basically, he doesn't know much about anything. Not that he's stupid, but he definitely doesn't know a damn thing about being an adult. He talks to strangers, and may be ridiculously gullible. RIDICULOUSLY GULLIBLE.

His English isn't always terribly great either. He's been taught English since he was a kid, but...there are still a few things he hasn't quite gotten yet (mostly slang, and innuendo). He tries very very hard, though.

Please, someone just take care of him before he hurts himself or gets assaulted or something.
