thread; garric & noelle
WHO: Garric [gotspots] & Noelle [faelady]
WHERE: Garric's home.
WHAT: Noelle meets Robbie & Garric is a big cat.
WHEN: Monday April 4 / 2016
WARNING: TBD
Garric had actually been nervous about Noelle coming over. He hadn't had a woman over since... He didn't want to think about the last woman who was in his home. He probably should've moved. There was enough money in his possession to move, but fuck it, it was his home. At least the scent of her had managed to air out eventually. He only had to buy a lot of new furniture and sheets and things. Not to mention have everything scrubbed from top to bottom. New life. New friends. New relationships were to be had. Inviting Noelle to come over hadn't been his real intention. He had been pacing the carpet. Robbie had followed him across the room and back again as if the man was going to take him somewhere. He didn't have the heart to correct him. He just let him walk along behind him. Everything had been moved. He wasn't sure how she'd wanted to do this. While he wasn't exactly shy, he didn't know how a woman he'd only met at a bar and out on the street once would feel about seeing him in le buff. If she wanted to see the whole thing, she was going to have to be exposed to all of him. It had been much less complicated when he didn't realize what was happening. Now, he was just...wearing some comfortable slacks and a t-shirt. Maybe he should've worn his usual, but it was coming off anyway, if she still wanted to see. And she was going to pet him. Maybe. She could have been teasing. Too many unknown variables. Those used to be fun, but now they were a little scary. He really needed to regain his confidence, because this was annoying. "Should I order food?" he asked Robbie, who canted his head and lifted an ear. "Maybe I should wait to see what she wants first." The house itself had been a little remodeled and redecorated for the modern single man. It had a lot of sleek brown furniture with large windows to let the sun in. There were accents of color here and there, but nothing too outlandish or tacky. Plants littered the room giving it a more natural feel. He didn't think too much on it, but it was a definite change from the stuffy style he'd brought with him from his original home. Thankfully, it was neat. While he had a maid come and clean it once a week, she hadn't visited yet and he'd made sure to put everything out of place into it's place...once he figured out where that was. He really should've asked her what she drank off hours. It was a good thing he had a wide selection available. |
