Don't get me wrong, I truly am appreciative of you all accepting those of us taken in by all of this but...

Is there truly no reverse on this portal thing? I'm relatively needed back home. I've got some family issues to deal with that are, well, kind of crucial I guess maybe.

I understand that feeling completely. It seems like a lot of us were drawn from moments like that, but so far there's nothing to be done for it. I will say, though, that there are people here from my future who have no memory of me disappearing, so there is at least some world where our absence hasn't caused complete disaster.

That actually is helpful. I wonder if a time bubble is possible. A place existing outside of the normal timeline. It's something out of science-fiction and yet, it seems probable.

Unfortunately, the only method of reversing the arrival process is completely out of our hands. I believe the science team is working on it, but we're here until that changes.

So there is a way out, we're just not the ones utilizing it. I assume those in charge here also didn't control our arrivals, so that makes some level of sense.
