We know you were. And you aren't being punished because of that. I'm actually proud of your initiative. But while your heart was in the right place, there may have been a different way to handle it in that moment.
Having this power means that we need to weigh the pros and cons of our approaches. And that's something we'll talk about too.
But Ned, I did something similar when I was your age. So I've been there. I'm proud of you.
