Ow. My ears.
So...this is the first time I've watched fireworks since I got my powers. Including superhearing.

OMG. So loud! Now I understand why the quiet room for the dogs....

The first Fourth of July after my hearing developed was rough. I hid with Krypto.

I flew up to watch the fireworks--and then I had to back WAY off because of how loud it was.

We usually watch them from low orbit, but I don’t need to breathe quite so desperately as humans.

I didn't go quite far, but having telescopic vision comes in real handy when you want to be far away from the booms.
