Whooo!
In the spirit of knocking some of my other characters down to NPC's or RPC's, I was able to bring in this guy. His name is Granger Hall and he's a Federal Agent that's owned by the Irish mob, although not very willingly. He's coming with several plots built in and he's going to be used to explore the Victor case, along with the crimes that sent Seamus and Dermot running to the City, which will involve Connor and the Lamb potentially, since he and Conn are old childhood friends.

We're probably also going to do some stuff with the Italian mob that's been implied by Tristan, Isabella and their parents. So... Plot aplenty, but I would love some more for him or some more people to get in on these plots! If you have any ideas, give me a poke. :)
