I apologize for not replying to all the comments in the previous STS plot thread! I read them all, I swear! Then I deleted stuff from my inbox and it slipped my mind!

Kris and I were thinking of the weekend of September 11-13th to have the STS. SO! My question is, does that disrupt anyone? Also Manor bands/performers, knowing the dates, do you have requests for what day I put your band/performance in - Friday, Saturday or Sunday? And would you prefer the Baseball Diamond or Upstairs? :)

I'm gonna attempt to hammer out all the schedule details this week and then hopefully once Kris returns from Comic-Con we'll figure out all the drama possibilities to post about them. :)

The only thing is, if you're having 3 full days of loud rock music in the Square when can the classical thing take place in the Square? I don't think both could happen at the same time and having the classics at 10 am Friday morning would be very poor timing from a fund raising point of view.

Friday's night time concerts will be starting at 6pm so friday won't be a full day of loud music. saturday and sunday's will start at 12pm like we did last year :)

We had it noon til five on Friday last year ONLY because no other time had been left for it. This year because the planning process is starting earlier it's possible a sensible time could be made for it either by having the first gig later on Friday - 8 pm perhaps, or starting the gig at 3 on Saturday or Sunday, or by having the Friday night rock gig in Upstairs allowing the work team to set up the baseball diamond Friday night while the classical concert is going on.

What do you think? I feel sure that some sensible compromise can be reached.

we'll move the friday concerts inside to upstairs instead of at the diamond so the classical stuff can go on that night (sorry for shortness, my break just ended, backto work)
