The Return of Joe (sort of)
As of this thread right here Joe has moved back into Apt. 477.

Part of the reason for this is that I want to get him out more and move involved like he used to be. *pets him* So, if you've got plot or plot ideas that you think he'd be good for, by all means ask! :D
