Hunter!
After being snapped at both Preston and Meredith, Vanessa had had just about enough insults for one day. She stood up and moved to the door, exiting it swiftly to go back to her own room. She didn't understand how she became the bad guy - it wasn't fair to Preston, to carry on with him while she had feelings for Chase, so she ended it. Hunter hadn't been anything but helpful to her, and a little kindness, in her opinion, could sometimes go a long way. None of those people even knew him, or his circumstances and everyone was deserving of a second chance, in her opinion.
Except, of course, herself - but that was neither here nor there.
Nessa was sniffling quietly by the time she got to her floor, which of course was share with Juliet. Any senmblance of carefree mirth she'd had in the room was long gone and she felt... small. Small, and stupid.
