[Certainly it’s been a few weeks of bad luck, hasn’t it? First, all that rain, then all that sickness… wow, you must need a break, right?

Luckily for you, it seems Miracle Country wants to make amends for the harsh month. Really, the usyagi just want you to relax!

There’s a new path in the forest today. If you follow it, you’ll find yourself coming upon some natural hot springs— deep, calming pools spread out throughout the forest, tucked between pockets of trees and bamboo, some wildflowers and floating cherry blossoms. With little wisps of steam rising up over the tree line, comfortable rocks to lounge on, and more than enough space for everyone, it’s an open invitation for some relaxation. Overall, it looks inviting and soothing, and don’t you just want to relax, if only for a moment?

The Usyagi are looking out for you, too, as you’ll find some towels and robes, and some naturally growing bamboo for privacy when changing, or if you just want to be alone.

So lean back, relax, and let your thoughts drift in the calming, mineral-rich water. Let the tension soak out of your shoulders. Prop your feet up. Just forget for a moment.]

[Rather than relax at the hot springs, Chise is instead found on the path leading towards the springs. After all, you have to pass by the cabins in the woods to get there... and, well, right now Chise is the only one living in that cluster. She doesn't really mind that, but now she's gone and taken down one of the quests from the sakura-- help paint or decorate a dome!-- and she thought it'd be simple enough to spruce up the cabins...

... and well, one glance her way and it's clear that it's, so far, kind of a disaster. Geez... Right now it looks like she's painted the grass around the cabin more than the actual cabin itself. And she's only tried painting the door so far!]

... They should really give you more than two candy for this...

[b- but she needs the money; she might have a part-time job now but she's spent a lot of time here without earning candy and now it's really catching up on her.]

[He hasn't left for that long- no more than a couple of hours tops, really-, when he's following that new path on the forest, wearing something a little different than what he usually does. He's still a little shaken up from having so many memories to deal with, both from here and from back home. That, and the mess with the latest key and having magic again.

The disaster she's made with the paint is a little hard to miss. He takes advantage of his magic being back for do a quick spell to wash the paint off the grass.]

Painting all that has to pay for more than just two candy.
