Seven Month Anniversary!
Congratulations, Metempsychosis! We've reached our seven-month anniversary! And I have all of you to thank for that. ♥

In honor of the anniversary, we're going to have a little contest!

Maybe they make you melt with their sweetness. Maybe they always manage to get your blood boiling, their chemistry is so hot. But, we want to know... Who are your favorite Metempsychosis couples? All of you will get to nominate and vote on your favorite pairings, and the top few couples will then be featured in an ad that will run in anticipation of Valentine's Day. The contest will run until midnight CST on Sunday January 22nd, in order to allow enough time to compile and post the ad.

RULES:
1) The nominated couples should be in a current and ongoing relationship (though it does not have to be formally established, nor exclusive). So, in other words, pairings involving dropped characters aren't going to be allowed for this, and one-time flings will not count either. So, Seth and Astarte would count, but Seth and Bastet would not.

2) Each player may vote for up to five different couples. You do not have to use all your votes if, for example, you only really like one or two. You also do not have to limit your votes to pairings involving your own characters. Both homosexual and heterosexual pairings are valid for nomination.

3) Each individual couple should have its own comment thread for receiving votes to help keep things organized. So, say you wish to vote for both Sif & Tyr and Hades & Persephone. You would post one comment for Sif & Tyr, and then a new comment for Hades & Persephone. The next person wanting to submit a vote for either couple would then reply to the appropriate comment with something like "I also vote for [Name] and [Name]."

4) Yes, you may lobby for your favorites! However, to lobby for a couple, I ask that you do so by quoting their most lovable exchanges, preferably with links back to the pertinent post. Just saying "Because they're so CUTE!" isn't really lobbying. We want proof! Lobby comments should be contained to the voting thread for the respective couple. And, of course, be nice when you post.
