"I wish I could completely explain," Charles answered. He was honest, at least. There was no point in lying, and Charles knew better than to. It wasn't that he thought he would sleep elsewhere, but at least he wouldn't keep others from sleep. He closed his eyes, noting the grip and deciding that he wouldn't mention leaving again.
