No matter the question, your character feels compelled to answer truthfully. It may be the most personal question they've ever heard, or about something they would normally refuse to talk about -- too bad. Some veritaserum must have been slipped into their drink, because they just can't help but tell the truth!

Considering you're still living, I'm guessing you haven't tried to ask him the same question. [ While his comment about Sid is met with a momentary smile, when it fades her expression is full of apprehension. In an attempt to make herself as small as possible she wraps her arms around her body, one hand reaching to pick at her lower lip as a less painful substitute for biting it.

He's right. She knows he's right. And it's not usually this difficult for her to get some words out, but the only person she's ever imagined having this conversation is with Sid, and she doesn't like to think about the route that would take them down. ]

Okay, yeah. We should, um, we should talk.

[Fritz scoffs and shakes his head. He doesn't have a death wish, and he doesn't have a desire to make things worse than normal.

He relaxes a bit when Hannah agrees to talk, his shoulders loosen and some of the tension melts from around his mouth. It's still not going to be an easy conversation, but at least there is going to be a conversation. It's a start. ] It was never my intention to get between you and Sid. The two of you need each other, I get that. But what we are doing doesn't have to be me-and-him and him-and-you, it could be me-and-you-and-him. The three of us. Together.
