"I don't know. Rooms do seem to have this magic ability to just eat things, or you know, suck them into netherverses we've yet to encounter. And considering the ones we have, I don't really want to think about what might be in the others. So if one of the tiles has gone missing when we get back, I say, they're welcome to it," Ward said, snorting to himself since he'd basically just rambled about undiscovered aliens, and god help him if he had any idea who they were. Man, he really needed to eat. "But yes, food first. The rest, later," He said with a half smile as he lead her out into the hallway and towards the communal kitchens.
"Oh, I know he does. There's fruit in there that I'm pretty sure you can't get at your average supermarket," Ward said with a chuckle. "Besides, I can only manage a few things without the potential risk of ruining them entirely. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit. I could do some baked beans and toast if you're feeling particularly English," He teased, rounding the corner and heading into the kitchen, reluctantly dropping her hand as they did in order to start sorting through the cabinets.
"Coffee's probably the most vital thing at the moment, though, I'm guessing," He said, sparing a glance over his shoulder at her.
