The sight of his smile aimed at her made her smile back despite her confusion at how they'd ended up in their current positions. "Who knew Scrabble could be so tiring," she said with a slight laugh coloring her words. She couldn't quite believe she'd slept for so long, she couldn't remember the last time she'd actually managed to get so much sleep and given how she'd been sleeping lately it was very much welcomed. "I'm good," she responded as she stretched slightly beside him but not enough to actually make any room between them, apparently she wasn't quite ready to move.
"Starving." That was when her stomach chose to chime in with the loudest noise she'd ever heard it make, she flushed and buried her head against him to hide it. She wasn't really thinking about the action itself, more hiding her embarrassment. As if they needed more to complicate their current dynamic because surely this did complicate things, especially if they acknowledged the fact that they both had been comfortable enough to sleep so late. "We did, don't want to miss lunch as well." Her voice slightly muffled where she was still hiding against him, one of them would have to move soon but Skye wasn't sure she wanted to even if it was weird and confusing to be tucked up against him like this it was still nice and weirdly familiar.
