The world is finally at peace... or is it?
DC Universe 2390 is set in a timeline where DC and Marvel worlds are combined. Presently, in 2011, with all of the super hero teams in existence, the world is a safer, peaceful place. The Justice League has disbanded, and some of its leaders have returned to their original homelands, retired, or are now assisting at Brightwood Academy, a private school and home for many of the future’s up and coming heroes. Brightwood Academy is located in New York and teaches at high school and college levels. Students are encouraged to master general and specialized academics, as well as physical combat and strategy training until they are called upon by the world to become the heroes they've been waiting to be.
That time is coming, much sooner than anyone imagined.
