Arkhams is a Gotham City/Batman-based game set around an escape plot, made by the Joker and executed by his followers, the Jokers and Harley Quinn. Through deals with the employees of Arkham Asylum and his own cohorts in crime within those cells, some big names while others were transferred from Blackgate Penitentiary, the Joker managed to escape and take over the island. With their cells open, the super villains of Gotham City are free to terrorize once more and it is up to the Batman and his allies to save the city.
