YEAR ONE
VERY WANTED: BATMAN! GREEN ARROW!
When America was threatened by alien invaders it was the heroes known as Aquaman, Black Canary, Green Lantern, The Flash and Martian Manhunter who banded together and fought them back. They handled the initial battle on their own, and decided that since they worked well together that they would form an updated version of the Justice Society Of America.
They called themselves ... the Justice League of America.
That was a little over a year ago. Now that the JLA has made a name for its self (and is showing that is is a successor to the JSA) membership in the league has been expanded and new heroes have been invited to join. Of course it seems that for every person who decides to don cape, cowl or tights, there are two more who mask themselves and set out to engage in criminal activities.
DC RPG. Heavily influenced by the comic JLA: Year One. AU setting. Lots of characters open! Heroes, villains, sidekicks, civilians all wanted!

P · R · E · M · I · S · E ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) nineoneone is an RPG encompassing all medical, emergency, crime, and superhero fandoms. The setting for the game is present-day New York City, and canon and original characters are equally welcome.
There is no central, overarching plot. Rather, players are encouraged to come up with their own crimes to investigate and emergencies to respond to, either by borrowing plot lines from crime fandoms they particularly love, ripping them from the headlines, or inventing a storyline of their own.
