Re: Monday, 9pm
'Ah, the boy is taking after his mother? She is hopelessly impossible to keep in line,' Kingsley grinned. 'If she wasn't so good at what she does, she'd been in big trouble more than once,' he said, remembering very well how utterly Anarchistic Tonks could be.
Kingsley took the mug Tom was handing him and drank a good amount of the content. 'Ahh,' he groaned. 'Damned good beer!' He put the mug down and turned to Remus again. 'So Teddy is not going to have any brothers or sisters? Not that it is any of my business; one of the workers in the Family Department just mentioned you had asked for a certain er- application.'
Looking at Remus, Kingsley decided that Remus did not look like a man who was mourning over divorce. On the contrary. He was glowing, looking happy and content. Maybe there had been something about the rumour that Miss Skeeter had written about. 'You've moved in with our mutual grumpy friend, I hear?' Kingsley said casually, not really knowing anything other than what the Prophet had said. 'And he has even showed up for your birthday? My, Remus... you really are a daring man.' If it was as Kingsley thought, Snape was definitely not always grumpy. Kingsley wouldn't have minded having the same happy face and the air of contentment. Only he was bad at keeping a relationship with other than his work. It didn't stop him from feeling envious, though.
