i mean, we could be both. again it's... complicated. perhaps it's easier for elysium to influence us, but not the other way around. maybe we do influence it in ways we can't perceive but are much smaller? or maybe these loops are so we can influence one of them? or maybe it's just rolling die until the right one is chosen... or maybe it becomes fixed once we witness what happens? there are so many possibilities just going by movies. if my brother doesn't tell us it has to be because one of two or maybe three reasons, though
