[Deciding she had had it for the night, Kairi tucked the paper into her text and began collecting them into a pile. Pausing only at his latter statement and then she was looking up at him as he took his seat. She peered at the ice cream with perhaps a bit of amusement touching her eyes.]
But, see? To me, it is fun. I get to learn about all kinds of different worlds here. And just... It's familiar. Like a piece of home. [Her eyes softened as she looked down at one last book she had grabbed, tracing along its cover designs.]
I guess it's pretty silly though. Most kids would be more than happy to not have to go to school.
