It was an open area. She was face down on the ground and unconscious when I found her, with no external injuries I could see until I shifted her to her side. The marks around her neck and her trouble breathing were obvious then. The movement woke her slightly, and she immediately made motions at her neck in a panic; probably thinking she was still under attack. I briefly saw that her fingers had a bit of blood on them, so whoever the attacker is, they have some scratched up hands or arms.
