this is the weirdest thread
Suzaku told me about the geass the day that I arrived. He wasn't trying to hide anything, and it seems like everything he's said has been corroborated by the report Guilford wrote me, and what Princesses Cornelia and Euphie told me.
[after a beat, he says] I don't blame you for being concerned now that you know about the geass. [if someone told him that a stranger had a power like that, he'd be worried about the people he cared for, too. hell, he is worried for them. --but that's why he has to question why Guilford said anything at all. sharing information like that is a good way to start a panic, and what good does it do him except to provoke Lelouch? does he want a fight?]
But -- let me reassure you. Lelouch was an enemy of Britannia in the time I came from, and I don't agree with the methods he's used in the past. But with that said, I also don't believe that that war has a place here, and he seemed to have good intentions. Even though I've been watching him closely, I haven't seen him do anything I really object to. He seems to be -- minding his own business.
If he isn't doing anything wrong... I don't want good people who mean well to make him feel like he has to take action to protect himself. [spreads his hands] You understand, right?
