Well~... Let's see.
I've never had curry ramen -- but my favorite as a kid [ read: when he was alive ] was this one kind of shouyu ramen. Thick chickeny broth, really rich. But it all depends on what kinda flavor you like. You can do it with pork instead of chicken, and that changes the flavor a lot.
