So, um, back in Burbank... we're right near the beach. So, I mean I grew up right by there and when I was a kid, I'd go when I got upset about... stuff. I'd go and find shells or rocks or, um, garbage -- ehehe, not good in hindsight -- and throw them back at the water. Until I got really tired and had to go home.
[ random topic change that's sort of related! ] But I saw this movie, one time, and there was a line that kind of stood out. "Sometimes there aren't enough rocks." Thinking about it... the movie's probably right. Eventually, I gave up throwing stuff at the water, and just... looked at it. I don't know if it helped, but... [ not sure where he's going with this anymore; feels sort of awkward. she probably thinks he's dumb. ] At least I wasn't polluting anymore?
