[Risa lies back down, and amazingly, she falls asleep almost right away. For about a half-hour, the room is perfectly silent except for the soft whisper of their breaths.
Then, something changes.
She's outside. No - she's still in the dome, around the park. It's dark out, but not the usual starry night - everything is dark, and the air is thick and difficult to breathe. The life support system has gone out. Risa glances around, trying to find someone else, but she seems to be alone. Is she the last person alive? Has everyone else already...
... then, quite suddenly, she feels completely certain that there's someone else there. Someone following her, intent on hurting her. She just knows this, with the kind of certainty that comes in dreams. She tries to scream, but her voice doesn't seem to be working; she tries to run, but her legs feel heavy and lethargic, like she's trapped underwater.
Gradually, Risa's breathing becomes louder and more shallow, and she begins to twitch and writhe in her sleep.]
