[Josak wouldn't understand how someone who could choose like that. Especiually when Yuuri isn't even the type of King that would make Conrad choose in the first place. Conrad made that decision for himself.
But Josak knows he's letting this go too far again. There shouldn't be this separation between them. He never remembers having these kinds of disagreements so often when they were back home.
Maybe that's because Josak was gone so often and Conrad was so busy with life in the castle--and then protecting Yuuri--that they hadn't had the time to ever get into these kind of arguments. Or maybe Josak is letting the issues with Wolfram and Yuuri hit closer to home than is helpful.
