[Lockon is waiting outside the ramen shop, a bright blue umbrella his only cover from the rain. His hair was damp, but he smelled faintly of lavender, having come almost straight from his shower. He had rushed over, so that he wouldn't be late for his appointment with his brother. After all, the planned for lunch, and with what he discovered during the morning announcement, he and Lyle had some important arrangements to make.]
--3 PM--
[He arrived in the shelter a little after 3 o'clock. Lockon was beginning to wonder why he even bothered to dry his hair today, in the first place, as he wrings out the hair on the back of his neck. Also, he really needed to invest in a jacket. He wasn't soaked, but it was obvious the umbrella had only done so much.
No time to go and fix that, though, as he knocks on the door of Euphie and Cornelia's room. There was a moment spent centering himself as he pushed Cornelia's words away. Now was not the time to worry about this. He had made a promise, and he could bide his time for a little while longer. This was going to be a happy afternoon with his death-buddy friend, whom he owed. Nothing else.]
Euphie? It's me... Lockon. [He set his jaw a moment. That had to be the first thing to go. Before she opened the door, he put on an easy smile.]
